McGinlay Bell are absolutely delighted to announce that we have won the inaugural Charles Rennie Mackintosh Architectural Competition.

The open international competition ‘Twin Dwellings of Singular Interest’ sought contemporary reimaginings of Mackintosh’s Ideal House for an artist couple. Our winning twin project received the following jury’s citation:

This is a runaway effort, beautifully presented with a particularly individualistic country house.  The hand of the architect is evident.
