For the third phase of development of the Laurieston Housing Masterplan designed by Stallan Brand, McGinlay Bell collaborated in developing design proposals for three typologies; the Apartment, the Terrace, and the Pavilion.

Horton Housing Competition

McGinlay Bell entered the Great Place: Lakes & Dales Flexible Housing Competition seeking design concepts for two small residential developments within the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks. Our proposals for the site in Horton-in-Ribblesdale was shortlisted along with two other firms.
