McGinlay Bell are delighted to announce that we have been successfully shortlisted for the RIBA Great Place Lakes & Dales Flexible Housing Concept. The two phase competition looked to attract architects from around the world who could bring new innovative thinking to flexible housing which would appeal to young people and draw them the area.
McGinlay Bell have been shortlisted for the Horton-in-Ribblesdale site and now look forward to developing ideas through the second competition stage.
The RIBA Competitions evaluation panel included Sasha Bhavan of KnoxBhavan Architects as the RIBA Adviser, Wayne Hemingway of Hemingway Design and Nathan Cornish of Urban Splash.
RIBA Architectural Competitions Shortlisted
