Brian studied architecture and building design engineering at The University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. He has worked at a number of architectural studios, namely NORD and JM architects, before establishing McGinlay Bell. Brian is currently a Year 1 & Year 4 design studio tutor for the under-graduate architectural course at The University of Strathclyde and is also a regular invited review panel guest to the Glasgow School of Art.
Mark studied architecture at The University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and has worked at a number of architectural studios, namely NORD and RMJM before establishing McGinlay Bell. Mark is currently a Year 5 design studio tutor for the post-graduate architectural course at The University of Strathclyde and is also a regular invited review panel guest to the Glasgow School of Art.
Angus studied architecture at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and at the Bauhaus Universität Weimar. He has worked at a number of architectural studios namely at NORD in Glasgow prior to joining McGinlay Bell in 2016. Angus is a core member of the practice with his experience spanning a broad range of building types and scales. He has completed projects in the arts, cultural, retail and residential sectors. Angus is currently a Year 4 design studio tutor for the under-graduate architectural course at The University of Strathclyde.
Angus was made an associate in 2022.
Dale studied architecture at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and at the Chalmers Tekniska Högskola in Göteborg. He worked at NORD architecture in Glasgow prior to joining McGinlay Bell in 2016. Dale is a core member of the practice with his experience and technical expertise spanning a broad range of building types and scales. He has completed projects in residential, community and commercial sectors.
Dale was made an associate in 2022.
